SKYLIGHTS
Skylight/Sunlite — Polycarbonate sheet is a technological covering and glazing applications (solution) for both residential and commercial building construction experts, it has characteristics like strength, light transmission, flexibility, watertight (leak proof) transparency(illuminating), lightweight(approximately 0.46kg/m2), thermal &sound protection, etc., It becomes a unique solution for roofing, siding and cladding; applicable in walkways, swimming pools, car parks, hotels/restaurants, hospitals, airports, seaports, stadium, bus stations/pedestrian bridges, green houses, offices, banks etc. as a mechanism for capturing quality daylight and protection from rains; with attractive screens which retains its properties in any weather hazards
We will be responsible for fabrication and installation of steel structure, the supply and installation of the sunlite (sheets) systems and backed with free three (3) months super engineering and technical support.
ALUMINIUM COMPOSITE PANEL
ACP has been in existence world-wide since 1969, adding to building aesthetic excellent properties such as extraordinary flatness, a large variety of colours and perfect formability. It has been developed as a rigid and, at the same time, flexible fascia material for architecture and building facades. ACP is extremely weatherproof, impact-resistant and break-proof, vibration-damping, it ensures easy, fast installation and maintenance.
As a light composite material consisting of two aluminium cover sheets and a plastic core, the versatile ACP is a material also preferred in areas other than architecture, such as image-building Corporate Design, and is widely used in industry and transportation. The superb properties of this material boost one’s inspiration and offer architecture a whole new range of solutions – whether a residential or public building, a corporate headquarter, an office building, a trading or industrial complex – or if an organization wants to create a new image-building Corporate Design – whether for petrol stations, car showrooms, banks or supermarkets.
Numerous international prizes have been awarded for this successful product. With an average of 100 million sqm sold by each manufactures of ACP, hence, it has proved to be one of the most successful finishing materials world-wide
ROOF INSULATION
PU is one of the best commercially available choice of insulation material with good thermal insulating properties, low moisture-vapour permeability, high resistance to water absorption, relatively high mechanical strength and low density. In addition, it is relatively easy and economical to install.
Polyurethane Foam is an effectively solution as an insulator, widely used for insulation in commercial/public buildings (Hospitals, schools, offices, factories, Airport etc) and residential dwellings, which has the capacity of thermal insulation up to 70%, it also has the capacity of an appreciable delay in roof leakages.
DOORS (SUPPLY & INSTALL)
We also supply and install imported bullet resistance security doors (with stainless 6&9 inches frame), imported wooden doors (with wooden frames & architrave, lock, handles & hinges)
KITCHEN & WARDROBES
Our Kitchens and Wardrobes are customised, design to site condition thereby making them fit and compact, they are combination of imported seasoned/processed wood material.
